Antonio Conte has tested positive for Covid-19 but Tottenham expect their manager to be back on the touchline for Saturday's game with Brighton.
The north London club revealed on Wednesday that Conte has been 'appropriately distancing' in a bid to minimise the risk of spreading the virus.
His positive test, returned over the weekend, has disrupted Spurs' preparations for the visit of Brighton, when they hope to take another step towards Champions League qualification.
He is still scheduled to answer questions as planned, but the press conference will now be held virtually, on Zoom.
Spurs nevertheless expect the Italian 'to be symptom free and in charge' come kick-off against Graham Potter's side.
Conte has led Tottenham to four straight victories, a run which has seen them climb above their challengers in the fight for a top-four place.
Last weekend's 4-0 win at Aston Villa took Spurs three points clear of north London rivals Arsenal, who have a game in hand but were beaten by Brighton in their most recent match.
