Maserati Ghibli front end feels like it's skipping – any specialists around?

Alright so I took a chance on a used 2017 Ghibli about six months ago and honestly when it's good it's amazing but lately the front suspension has been doing this weird thing where under moderate braking on slightly uneven pavement the steering wheel shudders and the front tires feel like they're skipping or hopping instead of gripping. New tires, balanced, alignment done, so that's not it. I'm thinking worn control arm bushings or maybe one of the front dampers is completely shot and allowing too much uncontrolled movement. The problem is I don't trust just any shop with this car because Maserati suspension geometry is kind of finicky and I've heard horror stories about places messing up the electronics or using wrong parts. I came across Premier Maserati Shock Absorber Replacement By Suspension Repair Dubai while searching last night and the fact that they specifically mention Maserati models made me pay attention because most places just say "luxury cars" and then have no clue what they're doing. Has anyone here actually used them for an Italian car or am I better off just biting the bullet and going to the dealership even though I know they'll charge double? Really wanna get this sorted before it eats my front tires unevenly.

AC compressor rattling on my Grand Cherokee – any recommended shops near Al Qasba?

This noise is driving me insane. My 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee started making this horrible rattling sound whenever the AC compressor kicks in, and the cooling isn't as cold as it used to be either. I'm pretty sure the compressor clutch or the bearing is going bad. I live in Al Qasba so I'm hoping to find a garage close by because I don't want to drive too far with what might be a failing compressor. A coworker pointed me toward Advanced Vehicle Service Al Qasba , saying they do good work on American SUVs, but I haven't found many online reviews to confirm. Has anyone here taken a Jeep or similar to them for AC work? I really need someone who can tell me if it's just the clutch or if I need a whole compressor, and give me a fair price for either. Also any idea what a compressor replacement usually runs on a Grand Cherokee here in Sharjah? I know it's not going to be cheap but I don't want to get ripped off either. Would love honest feedback before I commit. Cheers.

BMW X5 35i battery registration – do mobile services actually do it?

Okay so I'm in a bit of a situation here. My 2014 X5 has been cranking slower for a couple weeks and I know these cars are ridiculously sensitive about battery registration. I don't want to pay the dealer 1500+ for something simple, but I also don't want to fry my alternator by skipping the registration step. Been looking at the Expert BMW Battery Installation Service at Battery Zone UAE and from what I can tell they claim to handle the coding, but has anyone here actually used them and verified that they register it properly? Like did your start stop and voltage behave normally afterward? I'm in Dubai Marina and really don't want to risk someone messing up the IBS sensor or causing parasitic drain issues. Also do they bring an AGM battery or just a standard flooded one? Any BMW owner feedback would be amazing before I pull the trigger. Really don't want to learn this lesson the hard way.
